JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TECHNOCOMMERCIAL PERSONNEL

 

1. Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm with MBA preferably with an experience in the CMO relevant activities.
2. Experience in the Capacity Planning and acquired knowledge on capacity calculations with process mapping.
3. Preparation of document with respect to the enquiry which includes the analyses of clarifications/confirmations & commercial aspects.
4. Preparation of project document such as Techno-Commercial data sheet, engineering file,  process package
5. Feasibility study of new products for their validation & commercial production.
6. Coordination with technology transfer department for new product scale up, facility change execution and monitoring of validation batches for smooth running as per process flow & as per the operation parameters.
7. Preparation of process mapping, block diagram, basis of design, process flow diagram.
8. Preparing proposal for existing or new products.
9. De bottlenecking & Capacity enhancement of existing as well as new products.
10. Coordination with production department for product change over and capacity enhancement regarding equipment selection, batch scheduling time and process sensitivity.
